1. Shopping and Product Purchases


Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please contact our support team at support@xenzys.com.

Refunds: Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the item following our return policy.

2. Bill Payments


Cancellation: Once a bill payment has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure that you verify all details before submitting a payment.

Refunds: In the event of an erroneous payment, please contact our support team immediately. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may take up to 7 business days to process.

3. Monetization for Posting Videos


Cancellation: You can cancel your participation in monetization at any time through your account settings. Any pending earnings will be processed according to our standard payout schedule.
